Meet me -Sarah!

As a Hatha yoga teacher for the past seven years, I’ll help you create a Strong Foundation for Your Yoga Practice.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to be part of the beautiful Fire Pit Camp, (a campsite in Norfolk, the website is: www.thefirepitcamp.co.uk), onsite is the sacred space of my Yoga Yurt. As well as teaching in the UK I’ve had the joyous experience of teaching on the stunning Island of Mallorca.

Guiding students on their journey to physical and spiritual well-being. Certified by the British Wheel of Yoga, my expertise in this ancient practice continues to grow as I remain a lifelong learner of both yoga and ayurveda.
My teaching philosophy revolves around the importance of establishing a strong foundation for your yoga practice.

I believe that cultivating a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga is crucial for experiencing the full benefits of yoga and allows for confidence to grow, so you may go off and explore all other types of yoga, be it Kundalini or the many others, always safe in the knowledge you can return safely and be grounded in your practise.

By prioritizing alignment, breath work, and mindfulness, within our Hatha Yoga practice, we can unlock the potential within ourselves.
In my classes, I encourage self-exploration and learning to listen to the wisdom of your body. Each individual is unique, with their own strengths, limitations, and needs. Therefore, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone can feel comfortable and supported.
Rather than focusing solely on achieving complex poses or pushing oneself beyond limits, I emphasize the importance of tuning into one's own body and cultivating a deep connection with the present moment. By developing self-awareness and introspection, we can uncover the physical, mental, and emotional imbalances that may be holding us back.
I offer guidance and modifications so that each student can adapt the practice to their level of comfort and capability. I firmly believe that yoga is for every body, regardless of age, size, or physical condition. By learning to tune in and honor our individual needs, we can create a sustainable practice that nurtures and supports us on our unique paths.
As a lifelong learner of both yoga and ayurveda, I am constantly integrating new knowledge and techniques into my teaching. Drawing upon the wisdom of these sister sciences, I provide students with a holistic approach to well-being that extends beyond the yoga mat. From incorporating Ayurvedic principles into our practice to offering guidance on lifestyle choices that promote balance and vitality, I strive to help students discover a harmonious way of living.
So, whether you're a beginner seeking to embark on the transformative journey of yoga or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, I am here to support you. Let's work together to build a strong foundation, explore the depths of self-discovery, and cultivate a balanced and fulfilling life through the practice of yoga.
